You can do it on your own or make your friends sign up & work as a team. See a moving or motivated goal? Cheer that person on. It's very interesting reading & some of it is pretty inspiring. If nothing else, you'll get email reminders nagging you to get on with it (whatever it is). You can dictate the frequency of reminders, reorder your list & cross things off as an inspiration to yourself & others.
